Write! Canada Online 2023

This year’s Write! Canada conference is taking on a different format. Recognizing that there are many new opportunities to gain knowledge about writing, we are changing the focus. As part of our commitment to provide the best resources and learning opportunities, we are planning on taking advantage of some elements that have been highly rated in past conferences. The goal is to go past just knowledge and through feedback help us to apply the knowledge to our own writing. We believe this will greatly enhance your experience.

Continuing Classses – a series of workshops designed to provide you with in-depth teaching on a theme.

Intensives – In addition to  teaching  intensives allow valuable feedback on your writing. These intensives will be spread out over the year, allowing you to immerse yourself in focused learning and receive personalized guidance from industry experts. Whether you’re an aspiring novelist, a non-fiction writer, or a poet, these Intensives will help you sharpen your skills and take your writing to new heights.

We’re also hoping to provide periodic stand-alone workshops that will cover relevant topics of interest that may not be readily available. These workshops will delve into specific aspects of the writing craft, offering practical tips and strategies to help you overcome challenges and excel in your writing journey.
