What do conferees gain from the Asheville Christian Writers Conference?
ACWC offers attendees the experience of a large writers conference but on a more personal and intimate level. A top-notch faculty brings not only the craft of writing to the table but also the understanding of being called by God as a writer. Our size is small, limited intentionally, to 120 total conferees and faculty, keeping the learning level more one-on-one and intimate. For the first-time or new writer, ACWC is perfect, taking away the stress and worry of not knowing what to expect.
Our faculty and staff walk with conferees hand-in-hand all the way to the door of the Cove. And for those more seasoned writers, there is training to take you to the next level and a place where you are able to refocus, and reignite your passion and work of writing. The Asheville Christian Writers Conference (formerly Writers Boot Camp) strives to welcome writers in, regardless of their ability, take hold of them, encourage and guide them in their call to write.
